Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This website lets you browse wholesale shops, put together an order list and send it to the shop. It is run by Xiamen Huli Jingtuohan Network Technology Studio (厦门市湖里区景托瀚网络科技工作室) (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, phone number and a 4-digit PIN. We store the PIN only in hashed form; we never see or keep the PIN itself.
- Orders: the products, quantities and note you send to a shop, and the time you sent them.
- Price requests: when you ask a shop to show you its prices.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic request logs, kept for security and to stop abuse.
We do not ask for your email, address, ID number or payment details. Payment is arranged directly between you and the shop.
Why we use it
- To create your account and keep you logged in.
- To deliver your order list and price requests to the shop you chose.
- To show you your past orders.
- To keep the service secure (for example, limiting repeated login attempts).
We do not send marketing messages, we do not send SMS, and we do not sell your data.
Who sees it
When you send an order or a price request to a shop, that shop receives your name, phone number and the order details. The shop owner may contact you by phone about your order. Each shop only sees orders and requests you sent to that shop.
We use a cloud hosting provider to store data and a text-safety check on names and notes. They process data only on our behalf.
Where it is stored
Our servers are located in the People’s Republic of China. By creating an account you consent to your information being transferred to and stored in China. We protect it with access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS).
How long we keep it
We keep your account and orders while your account is active, so you and the shop have a record of what was ordered. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account details; order records already sent to a shop are kept by that shop for its own business records.
Cookies
We use one cookie, only to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser and is not sent to us until you create an order.
Your choices
- See or correct your data: your name and phone number are shown on the Account page. Ask us or the shop owner to correct them.
- Delete your account: email us at 591150213.wjt@gmail.com from any address and include the phone number you registered with, or ask the shop owner to pass on the request. We will confirm by phone before deleting.
- Withdraw consent: you can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
If you are in South Africa, you also have rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), including the right to complain to the Information Regulator.
Children
This service is for businesses and adults. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
