These terms apply when you use this website, run by Xiamen Huli Jingtuohan Network Technology Studio (厦门市湖里区景托瀚网络科技工作室) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

What this service is

This website shows the products of wholesale shops and lets you send an order list to a shop. It is a communication tool between you and the shop. We are not the seller. Each shop is responsible for its own products, prices, stock, delivery and after-sales service.

Orders

• An order list you create is a request to the shop, not a completed purchase. The shop will confirm availability, final price and collection or delivery with you directly.
• No payment is made on this website. Payment is agreed between you and the shop.
• Product names and descriptions are machine-translated from the shop’s own listings and may not be exact. Check details with the shop if anything matters to you.
• Prices are shown in South African Rand (R) as set by the shop, and only to customers the shop has approved.

Your account

• Use your real name and a phone number you can be reached on.
• Keep your PIN to yourself. You are responsible for orders sent from your account.
• If you forget your PIN, ask the shop owner to reset it, then set a new one.

Acceptable use

Do not send false orders, offensive or unlawful content, or try to access other people’s data or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We try to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change. We may update or stop features without notice.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for the products, prices or conduct of any shop, or for losses arising from an order between you and a shop. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above; continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
